About The Hudson Club

The Hudson Club was designed by our Medical Director, Double Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Brad Gandolfi, as the ultimate toolkit to help you stop time in its tracks.

Our membership targets specific challenges we all face with aging – increased fine lines and wrinkles, decrease in skin hydration, photoaging and discoloration, skin laxity, and skin texture issues. Based on these challenges, a bespoke treatment plan was created and is now THE HUDSON CLUB treatment plan.

As all clients are different, we have created 4 Membership Tiers to meet you where you are in skin maturity. The tiers also provide options for different lifestyles, budgets, and time commitments. Consistent pricing spread across the year as a monthly fee is designed to help you budget for your skin health and anti-aging treatments throughout the year.

For clients beginning their journey in preventative maintenance with a minimalist approach. This membership includes neurotoxin to address fine lines and wrinkles and gives access to Member pricing to develop a custom treatment plan.

Preventative vs Restorative: We Decide for You

Memberships are prescribed by our medical team at either the Preventative or Restorative level based on the amount of neurotoxin needed to address the three on label areas for anti-aging: Forehead, Glabella and Crow’s Feet. 

Includes up to 120 units of Botox® or the equivalent of Dysport per year. The preventative level is intended as it sounds – for someone beginning anti-aging treatments at a lighter dosage.

Includes up to 256 (full on label dosage) of Botox® or the equivalent of Dysport per year. The restorative level is for mature skin using neurotoxin at a treatment or corrective level rather than preventative level.

The dosage of neurotoxin needed depends on many factors – age, genetics, how expressive or strong your facial muscles are, past treatments, skincare usage and more. Our medical provider will discuss these factors with you during the consultation to determine the right treatment level for you.

Should a member reach the annual allotted number of units in their plan, additional units can be purchased at a discounted price per unit.

Yes, we do! Our new Skin Society Membership offers maximum flexibility so that you can choose your own treatment plan and receive unbeatable membership benefits. Find out more here.

Each membership tier has two levels – Preventative and Restorative. This refers to the number of neurotoxin units included in the membership. Preventative is for client with more youthful skin leveraging neurotoxin in as more of a preventative measure. Preventative includes up to the equivalent of 120 Botox units. Restorative is for clients with more mature skin or stronger facial muscles leveraging neurotoxin as a corrective measure. Restorative includes up to the equivalent of 256 Botox units (full on label dosage). The decision of whether you fall into Preventative or Restorative will be determined by your provider.

If you are unable to receive certain treatments due to skin tone or sensitivity, our providers will work with you to find alternative options. Outside of medical reasons, we do not typically “swap” services included in The Hudson Club treatment plan out of preference as the services included were specifically selected to treat specific challenges, we all face as we age.

Yes! If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your membership mid-year, that can be done. At the time of tier change we would do a “true up” that may result in an upgrade charge or a downgrade credit. From then forward the new tier price would be charged monthly.

Our memberships are annual contracts. You must complete three months of membership before requesting cancellation or pay a penalty fee equal to the completion of three months of membership payments in addition to any “true up” fees. If your membership is canceled prior to the end of the year, membership discounts are void and a true up fee will be charged. The true up fee is equal to the regular (non-member) price of services received under the membership less any membership payments made to date. Cancelation requests must be sent with 30 days notice to membership@thehudsonmedspa.com.

Services like filler are very personalized. For this reason, we do not include filler or other services in the base membership package. To help our members reach their goals, members receive $100 off each syringe of filler or Skinvive service, and 15% off the rest of all other medical services.

Monthly membership fees get you access to all of the services in your plan. Consistent pricing is designed to help you budget for your skin health and anti-aging treatments throughout the year. Payment will be collected through the end of the year regardless of when you complete all the services. Payment is collected on the day your membership begins, and then monthly on that same day of the month.

Our memberships are designed to include services that last a full calendar year. Hudson Club Members receive 20% off of neurotoxins after their allotment runs out. Please note that regardless of when your allotment runs out, payments must continue until your membership term is complete. If you run out of your services before the year ends, you can purchase additional services at exclusive membership pricing. Members receive 15% off of injectables and 10% off all other services and products.

We designed The Hudson Club treatment plans for one person, but if circumstances make it so you cannot receive all your treatments, we will discuss this case-by-case. In general, we will not allow the transfer of medical services to other clients, but non-medical services (e.g., facials) may be transferred to other clients.

Yes, we do! We will always log points for qualifying services. When you have points to be redeemed, we will credit them toward your account when you receive a qualifying service.

The one consistent treatment across all our Membership tiers is the inclusion of neurotoxin (Botox® or Dysport) as it is an essential anti-aging treatment to address fine lines and wrinkles. Each Membership tier is available at two levels: Preventative or Restorative. Once you select the Membership tier you would like (Diamond, Gold, Silver, or Bronze), our medical provider will prescribe the Membership at either the Preventative level or Restorative level. This decision is based on the estimated number of neurotoxin units needed for the year. 

The dosage of neurotoxin needed depends on many factors – age, genetics, how expressive or strong your facial muscles are, past treatments, skincare usage and more. Our medical provider will discuss these factors with you during the consultation to determine the right treatment level for you. 

As a member of The Hudson Club, you are invited to make an appointment at any time for Botox® treatments. We recommend quarterly treatment, allowing the restorative effects to wear off slightly between sessions. While Botox can be used in several areas, the Botox units allotted in our membership plans are to address the three on label areas for anti-aging: Forehead, Glabella and Crow’s Feet. 

If you need more units of neurotoxins in the year than are covered in your membership, you will need to pay separately for those units at the member rate, still saving 20% per unit. Please note that the price of the units included in your membership is spread across the year of payment. As such, if you use all your allotted membership services before the year is up, you will still need to complete payments through the end of the membership term.  

The units included in your membership plan are to address the three on label areas for anti-aging: Forehead, Glabella and Crow’s Feet. If you want to use neurotoxins to treat other areas / challenges, such as a masseters, LipFlip, Trap Tox, these would be charged on an out of pocket basis with member pricing (20% off per unit).
